[Natori's thoughts are running along the same lines as Oushi's, once he learns more of what's inside. He hadn't heard, but that didn't stop him from replying to Oushi's text with a ✨-- obviously whatever it was, Oushi wanted to keep it off the network, and that plus the mention of a cave made it pretty clear that Oushi was reaching out to him in his exorcist capacity and not because the cave was actually a movie theater airing Kirameki Revolution or something.]

Thanks for calling me.

[Natori's raided the fabric supplies, but not for his own clothing-- he's still in the flannel robe he woke up in, falling to his mid-thigh. As he sits on a nearby rock, he adjusts it only to make sure his butt is covered so he doesn't have to sit right on the stone. The lizard is visible on his right shin; the hem on his left leg when he's sitting only barely covers the spades mark just below his hip. He has a strip of fabric in his hands that's long enough to tie around someone's head, thick enough in the middle to shield someone's eyes.]

An eye, huh...

[He's carefully dabbing juice from a handful of crushed berries onto the fabric with a twig, painstakingly poking out a protective charm on the part that will cover the eyes.]

Oushi-kun, your name has the character for "intention" in it, right? [He looks up to trace out a 志 in the air with his finger.]

[He nods to himself at the confirmation and continues poking his makeshift ink into the fabric, completely oblivious to Oushi's fixation on the hem of his robe. Luckily for Oushi's sense of propriety, he's very good at staying still as he works. He answers distractedly as he goes.]

It's a protective charm. We can't risk assuming that it will remain in the cave, so this will hopefully keep you safe from any accidental exposure.

[He finishes the final touch on the charm and holds it up for Oushi to see. In the center, roughly at eye level, is a stylized, calligraphed -- made up of the character for intention from Oushi's name plus the character for seeing. (Like their written notes, Natori's penmanship is extremely well done, even considering the materials he had to work with.)]

It should be stronger because of the synergy between your name and the intent of the spell. [Intent again, and seeing when it's meant to use as a shield to prevent direct eye contact.] You probably won't be able to see details through it, but try not to push it out of the way accidentally. Better to glance down if you need to see where you're going.
