Is it that obvious? If you can believe it, I'm actually quite a bit more relaxed now than I was even a year ago.
I'm an open book for you. Whatever you'd like to know, I'm happy to share. Maybe beginning with favorite colors? Mine alternates between deep blue and rose gold. I was told once by a friend, who has synesthesia, that my voice sounded rose gold to him.
[ oushi considers it, and he does actually find it pretty hard to believe, if only because of how different they already are. a man like keita really makes him look like that much more of a slacker; he really needs to get his shit together one of these days.
still, he thinks if being in a place like the golden peacock for that long wound up relaxing keita — when every day oushi feels like he's hurtling in the exact opposite direction — he thinks that's a pretty good testament to how resilient keita is. ]
mine is green a darker forest green, if i had to choose
i don't have synesthesia, or anything like that but if i had to put a color to your voice...
i'd say it's like a dark... yellow-brown deep amber? burnt honey? something like that?
[ what he isn't confessing is this: the only reason his mother even felt compelled to say it to him at all was to make him feel better after he had spent the better half of an afternoon crying about how his eyes were a dirty swamp color. ]
yeah, i guess? we're not best friends or anything but we get along i'm closer with my sister
i don't know if i really pay enough attention to scents to have a favorite... something clean, i guess? laundry?
i'm sorry mori-san i don't think my answers are gonna be very interesting
Laundry is a nice scent, and one that suits you, in my opinion. Ah, one thing I've come to appreciate since my arrival here is the washing machine and clothes dryer... the scent of warm laundry out of the dryer is quite nice.
Perhaps because I've spent many years working with pocket watches, I don't care much for these watches. But I have found I enjoy recorded music, if that counts? I was introduced to records and CDs and have found them wonderful. A real improvement from buying sheet music and having to play the song yourself.
The Swan Lake library has quite a collection of records, if you're ever interested in exploring. Although I'm not sure how much of it, if any, would be familiar to you...
[ or, rather, when he's from... oushi isn't the type to gatekeep, and certainly if keita expressed interest in hearing something, he wouldn't hold back. but somehow it feels almost sacrilegious to expose a man like keita to the angsty and angry music he often listens to.............. ]
They don't, but will you be surprised to hear I know of it? Or at least I've heard of it, although I don't think I've ever heard any, myself. Is that your favorite kind?

What draws you to forest green? Do you like the real forest especially, or just the color?
