physical changes

FUR — his hair (including any body hair) will turn a speckled gray-brown, blending in with the line of fur that starts at his neck and tapers down to the small of his back.

EYES — his eyesight will grow poor, especially in the dark, and his pupils will look constantly dilated.

EARS — his hearing will grow extremely keen and thus will be sensitive to loud sounds. eventually, he will grow a pair of round mouse ears on the top of his head, roughly each the size of tennis balls; while his human ears do not disappear, they'll become more or less vestigial when the mouse ears are fully formed and functioning.

TEETH — his front two incisors will strengthen and continuously grow, necessitating the need for chew sticks or filing just to keep them manageable.

NAILS — his nails will grow tougher and stronger, and at a faster rate than his human nails used to. they will point at the tips if they aren't filed blunter.

FASTER, STEALTHIER — he will become extremely light on his feet and agile.

OVERALL SIZE — he will shorten three inches, only reaching up to 5'6" :(

SPECIFIC MOUSE TRAITS — great at climbing, can jump three feet into the air without difficulty, great at swimming, extremely active at night/nocturnal.

mental changes

MOODY — his moods can shift at the drop of a hat, and often in extremes.

SENSITIVITY TO SOUND — particularly loud sounds will be distressing, and may prompt in him a FLEE OR FREEZE response.

EXPRESSIONS OF DOMINANCE — oushi will make demands for physical touch (petting, massaging, grooming, hand-holding, etc.) in order to assert himself, often in attempts to regain control or establish confidence.

SCENT-MARKING — gifting "his people" items (most likely of clothing) that smell like him... nbd...

LOWERED INHIBITIONS — he will feel more inclined to partaking in his indulgences, especially the more he has grown comfortable with someone.

SHAPESHIFTER — the ability to shapeshift into various forms, providing oushi has a general understanding of its makeup. this is a physical transformation, though it does not affect his weight, and the more drastic the change, the more of a drain it will be on his stamina.

PUCK'S LUCK — luck magic that can distort fortune. this takes great focus and is a drain on his stamina, but he can essentially manipulate the odds either for himself or an intended target. he can grant either good or bad luck.

MULTIPLICATION — capable of creating magical clones/duplicates of himself. the more he creates, the less refined their behavior, though he will always maintain control over them so long as he is focused and has the energy for it. though they are physical, any injury made to one does not ever take nor will they affect him and will eventually poof! out of existence if damaged enough. each clone takes effort, so the length they can last depends on his stamina and how many he's got going at once.
